No Need for Water & No Need to Funnel in Sand Easy Fill Option: You will need a 50 lb bag of play sand… Just don’t open it.First, this is a great product if you want to work your heavy bag without it flying around. It is also nice that the bungee (included) detaches very easily if you want to “dance” with your bag sometimes or just to keep the stress on your bungee and mounting hardware from being under a constant extra load. The quality is fair, the outer material is heavy duty Enough and it does its job well… for the price!I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the bungee cord included. They even added shrinkable tubing to each end where the hook attaches to the cord, so there is no worry about snagging your pants leg or bare skin if kicking.
