		<description><![CDATA[&lt;strong&gt;It&#039;s okay, GREAT HOOPS TOOL, serves it&#039;s purpose&lt;/strong&gt; 2 key uses here:1) SHOOTING: This is exactly what kids need to improve accuracy. Most young players (up through high school) have a problem shooting with a high arc. This makes the basket bigger and increases shooting percentage.2) REBOUNDING: Teaching players to &quot;read the rim&quot; is critical to developing rebounders. Reading the rim means watching where the missed shot is going to hit and anticipating (eventually KNOWING) where the rebound will come. Even if this doesn&#039;t perfectly simulate a missed shot, just getting players to react in the direction of a missed attempt is highly valuable.Even though this tool is mostly plastic (which is why it&#039;s given 4 stars) and might not last too long (you have to assume it doesn&#039;t stay up all winter, in bad-weather locations), it&#039;s a nice way to increase focus, intensity and accuracy.By way of a quick introduction, I&#039;m a competitive basketball player who has both played and coached in the states and...]]></description>
