My order arrived from the vendor damaged, obviously beaten up during shipping. It was leaking air. The paper work in the box indicated if there were any problems to contact California Air directly first. So I did. They emailed me a UPS label which I printed out. I shipped the compressor off to them and they repaired it and shipped it back. And they shipped it back double boxed to help protect it during shipping. It took about as long as if I had returned it to the vendor for an exchange, so I definitely could not complain. So 5 stars for the manufacturer’s customer service. As for the compressor, 5 stars also. Your neighbors definitely will not hear it and someone in the next room probably won’t either (The Mrs. can hear a sparrow fart from 30 yards and this compressor has not bothered her so far). It is not as quiet as the silent compressors marketed for airbrushing but it is pretty quiet. Sit it on carpet or a towel…
