		<description><![CDATA[&lt;strong&gt;Quality, Assortment and Value&lt;/strong&gt; Offering a brief summary up front . . . for the money this is a very versatile assortment, the tools have excellent strength and finish, and it all comes in a better than average carry case.  Now, for my more detailed (and rambling) review . . . .I&#039;m a senior citizen shade tree mechanic, and have some experience with tools and do-it-yourselfer mechanics tool sets such as this one.  I&#039;ll comment in two parts - the quality, and then the assortment.The Quality:  I recall, as a pre-teen, &quot;helping&quot; my dad work on his race car.  While handing him tools (he could have found them quicker without my help), I commented on a Craftsman wrench, at the time having been impressed by their current lifetime guarantee advertising campaign.  My dad replied that the Craftsman was indeed a good strong tool, but then picked up a Snap-On wrench and explained that the highest quality hand tools are just as strong, but combine strength with a slim design which can reach into tough...]]></description>
