Decent Okay, so I'm a college student and I traveled across the country for school. I have a $600 Takamine acoustic electric at home and didn't want to damage it on the travel so I got this guitar as a throw away for my dorm room. I opened it up and it all seemed pretty good. It's definitely a pretty guitar (if it was made better), but for twenty dollars or so, I think it's a pretty good deal. For example, they gave me a G string that was just about ready to bust... and it did. Luckily, they included some extra strings in the package, but I only got five extra strings, not 6... Still, for the price, I think it is definitely good. For those of you who want to buy this guitar for a beginner, I say spend the extra money and get them something that's better quality. My fret board has weird grooves on the sides from the glue melting and expanding the wood. Also there's no markings to tell you where the fifth fret is and other helpful markers for beginners. My fretboard has an extra...

Nothing fancy, but it works. Okay, so I read a lot of the reviews, and it sounds like some people had manufacturing problems? I don't know, but my guitar came to me in good condition. There are a few problems like:1) It's not perfect, duh. You hear these people complaining about little nicks in the wood under the paint.. It's a $10.00 guitar, not a Taylor.2) Everyone was right, you DEFINITELY have to replace the strings. They're worthless. Someone suggested getting nylons? No. If you want your fingers to callus so that you can actually play guitar- you're going to need to buy steels. If it's for a little child, nylons should be fine, but if you're some college kid like me that just wanted a cheap guitar to play in their dorm- steels, steels, steels.3) The accessories the guitar come with are all pretty.. lame. They gave me a bass pick? Haha, like thanks a lot for the bass pick and the acoustic guitar... The "soft, gig" bag is a cheaply made gym bag in the shape of a guitar. Actually, my gym bag...
