Incredibly fun to make My niece bought me the P-51 for my birthday and that was a lot of fun to make, so being a WWII buff I had to get the Tiger tank. Great fun. Very detailed, beautiful to look at, almost jewel-like in the way it catches the light. Took about a week to build. The wheel assemblies alone took a few days to build. Reminded me of the plastic models I built as a kid, except without the glue and paint. It was a challenge working with the small parts, especially when you're getting older and your eyesight isn't what it used to be (and this was a painful reminder :-( ), but a magnifying work light did the trick. The instructions aren't perfect, so you have to plan several steps ahead on some of the assembly steps to avoid mistakes, especially on the suspension. For me it just made it more challenging and the end result more rewarding.I would recommend starting with a simpler kit like the P-51 before trying this, but the Tiger was more fun to build and now that I've built it...
