Very good, but has some flaws I’ve been using this machine for almost 2 months now and am very pleased overall. While it’s marketed as a gaming machine, I purchased it as a multi-purpose workstation for home office, entertainment use (internet streaming and DVD), software development, and MIDI/Audio production. I’ve completed software installation for the first two categories and so far have no problems to report with them. I’ve also installed a few audio apps and major operations run faster than on any other computer I’ve owned. Will update this review when the last category is installed, as it will tax the resources more than the other apps.First a note for those who are upgrading from Windows 7 or older versions (Windows 8.1 comes pre-loaded): You will almost certainly be frustrated with it, particularly the new Start Menu.
