Some good, some bad, overall ok Overall, I would say that this is a decent compressor. It’s as quiet as they advertise, and is about as loud as my somewhat older clothes washer. I can easily have a conversation over it when it’s on, and it’s small and convenient for transportation. I think low demand users such as people using nail guns, air dusters, and very light spraying will be generally pleased with the unit. That being said, I have a few gripes.I wonder if I just got a lemon. Out of the box, my unit had a bad tank gauge. It would read consistently 30PSI below my tool gauge, and when the compressor kicked off at 120psi, my tank pressure was 90psi. When filling from 0psi, the tank pressure would remain at zero until about 30psi, then started rising normally. I called technical support at California (which has pretty inconvenient hours of operation), and I must say their actual customer service was impeccable. They confirmed my suspicion was correct, and sent me out a new gauge with…

When you hear how quiet this is… it’ll make you smile !!! Now I can check my tire pressure in the morning without waking the neighbors and giving myself compressor noise shock syndrome !!! The most quiet compressor I have ever owned. You can easily have a conversation over this thing. 2 wheels, a rubber foot, and air filter is all there is to put on and it’s ready to go. My compressor took 2 minutes and 45 seconds to hit max pressure w/o a hose connected. The ball valve at the tank bottom for water drainage is easier to use than a threaded valve. I’ll be using this for airing up tires and using various mechanics air tools, small paint sprayer work, framing and trim nail guns, blowing off the mower deck and bench top/shop cleanup. The manufacture website states= 130 secs. to fill, mine had taken 165 secs. / Website states= no assembly required= 4 items to screw/bolt on. When the compressor shuts off, both gauges are showing 113 psi. so It may need an adjustment (should read 120 psi). Smell was an issue from other posts… I…
