Great idea…except one thing. I purchased this strap so that I could hike through the Grand Tetons and not worry about the camera dangling from my neck or slipping from my sweaty grip as I bounced over boulders and bears. The wrist strap is what convinced me to buy this, and the price is great. However, there was one small design flaw that unfortunately was the lynchpin in the whole apparatus.The Velcro patches are both sewn on the same face of the neoprene strap (i.e., laying flat, the Velcro patches are both on top–one on the right; one on the left), which means that when the strap overlaps (as in the product picture), the Velcro on the right touches the bottom of the opposite (left half) strap (i.e., where there should be the other half of the Velcro). (If I were to describe my wrapped strap as a stack of material, it would be neoprene, Velcro, neoprene, Velcro. Instead, the correct way should be neoprene, Velcro, Velcro, neoprene so that the Velcro attaches to itself.) Therefore, the strap…
